What are your delivery options?

atosi is committed to delivering your orders with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest period, we ship through DELHIVERY (for domestic orders)  or INDIAN SPEED POST (for international orders).

Shipping charges Rs. 100 within India. Free shipping above Rs. 5000 within India.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we do ship internationally. International orders are currently NOT taken via the website. For placing an international order, please add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and WhatsApp us a screenshot of it at +91 8989861677, or DM us on Instagram.

Delivery will be done within 15-20 days as mentioned in the product description. Shipping charges vary depending upon the country of delivery and weight of goods.

How do I return an item?

An item is only exchanged if it reaches you in damaged condition. If you think, you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Kindly contact our customer care atosi.ethnic@gmail.com regarding the same mentioning your order ID. A replacement will be sent to you without any additional cost.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. All orders will be duly delivered within 8-10 days to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
